Shipping

Shipping: Most Great Country Crafts orders go out within 2 - 5 days of receipt. A physical address is necessary for delivery. Shipping cost will be determined by the delivery address and will be quoted at time of checkout. We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately. Please open packages immediately and report damage within 7 days of receipt. Questions? Returns

Returns:  Please return your package via Insured Parcel Post (US Mail) or an equivalent method of your choosing with your original receipt from Great Country Crafts. Be sure to keep your shipper's receipt until you have received your exchange or refund. You will need to download and complete the return form so that we have all of the necessary information to process your return as quickly as possible.
